Things to avoid on your body recomposition journey

Alcohol, processed foods, and a deprived lifestyle all impede metabolism. Avoid alcohol, foods with high amounts of sugars and carbs. And most importantly take care of YOU. Poor sleep effects metabolic health just as much as junk food or alcohol.
